Jeremy Fietz, graduated from top ranked University of Victoria in 1998, and then obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) from Widener University, and clerked for Judge Marvin Halbert in the Complex Litigation Division of the Court of Common Pleas (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).  Jeremy passed the California Bar exam on his first try, and moved to California where he has spent 27 years practicing law.  Since 1999, Jeremy has litigated many different kinds of cases: from thousands of cases in dozens of national defective drug and medical device mass torts and class actions, to hundreds of California wildfire cases, to dozens of local wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.  Jeremy has been appointed by multiple Federal Court judges as lead class counsel in Federal courts in California, Arizona, and New Jersey.  Jeremy set the record for the largest wrongful death jury verdict in Sonoma County history and has tried cases throughout California for 27 years.  In that time, Jeremy has earned the respect of other high-performing attorneys in different fields and is able to build teams of attorneys with the expertise and success to see your case to conclusion.
