Jeremy Fietz, graduated from top ranked University of Victoria in 1998, and then obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) from Widener University, and clerked for Judge Marvin Halbert in the Complex Litigation Division of the Court of Common Pleas (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).  Jeremy passed the California Bar exam on his first try, and moved to California where he has spent 26 years practicing law.  Since 1999, Jeremy has litigated many different kinds of cases: from hundreds of California wildfire cases, Wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, to family law, criminal defense, and class actions.  Jeremy has been appointed by multiple Federal Court judges as lead class counsel in Federal courts in California, Arizona, and New Jersey.  Jeremy set the record for the largest wrongful death jury verdict in Sonoma County history and has tried cases throughout California for 26 years.  In that time, Jeremy has earned the respect of other high-performing attorneys in different fields and is able to build teams of attorneys with the expertise and success to see your case to conclusion.

Jeremy is also a traveler, having many trips into the wilds of Alaska, into the Arctic Circle with nothing but a backpack, and many other adventures.  He lives in Santa Rosa, California with his wife, his sons, and his dog, Buddy.
